Design of an energy efficient annexe outbuilding to house a snooker room, kitchenette and guest accommodation. Traditional barn style design with weatherboarding on the exterior and powder coated aluminium frame windows.
The annexe is a single storey building with a guest bedroom in the roof space. The snooker room was designed around a full size snooker table, to enable the game to be played.
The building is highly insulated, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and an air source heat pump to provide heating for the space.
